 |
Nitrogen Helium Leak Test is the final pressure test, used to prove the integrity of all flanged and threaded joints and connections of piping and equipment systems. The Leak Test is designed to demonstrate that process and utility piping systems are properly prepared to operate at specified pressures. Usually the Nitrogen Helium Leak test shall be performed after the final accepted hydrostatic test, upon completion of final assembly, and prior to start-up for the offshore production systems and other sensitive system.
