Chemical cleaning, a method to derive surfaces and walls equipment pipelines, is one of our specialized trade in the marine industry. Contaminants pose the biggest problem in all complex machineries or piping systems. Chemical Cleaning can remove welding oxides, mill scales, corroding agents such as iron oxide, calcium carbonate, Micro-slag particles, other contaminants often generated during the fabrication process. Due to these contaminants, the equipments may experience problems such as overheating, decrease production efficiency and deteriorate the quality of the products. Problems may lead to an equipment or plant shutdown.
CESCO have our own fabricated and specially designed pumps. It has a built-in stainless steel tank which can hold up to 3,000 lires and a maximum capacity of 5,000 litres per minute at 30 meter head. If the volume is too big, portable steam boiler will be utilized to heat up the solution.
